HISTORY
Starting out as a maintenance company with 3 employees to cover the small works section of local authorities and domestic markets, 2D then started focusing more on all types of maintenance works, as the company has grown more employees have been taken on and more avenues of work have been expanded into.
We now cover all aspects of planned or reactive maintenance, as well as undertaking full refurbishments, all done to the highest standard by our fully trained and qualified work force.
2D now employs over 20 local people with a fleet of 11 branded vehicles on the roads and as a company we continue to grow, in knowledge, reach and turnover.

OUR TEAM
Without our hugely experienced team of tradespeople and office staff the company would not be able to grow in the way that it has in recent years. These people who turn up every day and carry out their work to the exceptional standards that we set while still being efficient and courteous are the very reason that this company continues to improve its client base and reach across South Wales, South West England and the English Midlands.
All of our tradespeople are CSCS card carriers and fully trained and qualified in their respective trade. We have multiple personnel that carry SSSTS and SMSTS management qualifications who oversee works on all larger projects of ours to ensure a smooth process of work from start to handover.
We pride ourselves on our ability to carry out works to a very high standard while being greatly efficient in our communication as a team, whether it be office staff or tradespeople on site.

SOCIAL VALUE
IMPACT
At 2D Building Contractors we value trying to make an impact on the wider community greatly. 10 percent of our workforce are apprentices, training courses from office training to full trade qualifications, are regularly fully funded for willing personnel if they have the drive to progress at the company.
