Level thresholds, access ramps, harness and hoist systems, Doc M packs, rise-and-fall sinks and worktops, power-assisted doors, and accessible showers were installed. We also added PV solar panels with battery storage to reduce energy costs and support our carbon neutrality goal by 2030. The steep rear garden was terraced to create a safe, usable outdoor space for tenants.
